In 2015, GPDM took a major step forward with the launch of Incredible Goa, Goa’s Premier Society Magazine. This publication marked the company’s entry into premium magazine publishing and established a new identity for GPDM in the lifestyle and society media space.

Incredible Goa was created to showcase the people, achievers, entrepreneurs, artists, professionals, institutions, hospitality leaders, and inspiring personalities who contribute to Goa’s growth and identity. In 2021, GPDM expanded further by launching Goa’s First and Only Food & Hospitality Magazine. This publication was created with a clear purpose to give Goa’s food, hotel, restaurant, resort, café, chef, and hospitality ecosystem a dedicated media platform of its own.

Goa has always been one of India’s most important tourism and hospitality destinations, yet the industry needed a specialised publication that could highlight its depth, creativity, challenges, trends, and leadership. GPDM filled this gap by launching a dedicated Food & Hospitality Magazine that focused on restaurants, hotels, resorts, chefs, food entrepreneurs, hospitality professionals, suppliers, trends, culinary culture, tourism-linked businesses, and the evolving F&B industry.

Now, this successful Goa-based Food & Hospitality Magazine is taking a major leap forward by transforming into a National Print Magazine under the title Incredible Food & Hospitality. In 2025, GPDM launched Explore Goa, a tourist guide and discovery platform designed to help visitors and locals explore Goa in a more structured, reliable, and engaging way.

Explore Goa has been created as a modern tourism and local discovery platform covering destinations, attractions, experiences, hotels, restaurants, events, shopping, lifestyle, and essential travel information. It brings together GPDM’s long-standing experience in tourism publishing and digital media with the growing need for curated, accessible, and practical travel content.

The platform is designed to serve tourists, residents, hospitality businesses, travel companies, local brands, and service providers. Rajesh Ghadge began this journey with a simple but powerful vision to create media platforms that could represent Goa, promote businesses, highlight inspiring people, support tourism, and build meaningful connections between brands and audiences. What started with the Goa Prism tourist guidebook in 2007 gradually grew into a multi-platform media house through years of hard work, experimentation, learning, and persistence.

Without the backing of large investors or corporate funding, Rajesh scaled GPDM step by step, often working single-handedly through the most challenging phases. From content creation and client meetings to sales, design coordination, distribution, editorial planning, social media handling, brand building, and business development, he personally handled multiple responsibilities to keep the company growing.

His journey is a strong example of grassroots entrepreneurship. He built GPDM not through shortcuts, but through consistency, relationships, credibility, and a deep understanding of Goa’s media and business environment.

Over the years, Rajesh has also built a strong core team and network of writers, designers, content creators, marketing professionals, business development executives, contributors, and collaborators who support the company’s expanding vision. Today, GPDM stands as the result of his commitment to building a media ecosystem that is independent, credible, creative, and growth-oriented.
